How does Vera call my loved ones?

Vera places scheduled voice calls to your loved ones on your behalf — asking how they're feeling, logging the conversation, and alerting you if anything needs your attention. You control the frequency and which care recipients are included. Calls come from a consistent number so care recipients recognize it.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to use Vera?

Not at all. Vera is built for people who are busy caring for other people, not people who enjoy learning new software. If you can send a text, you can use Vera.

Is Vera HIPAA compliant?

Yes. Vera is built on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. All client data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is role-controlled, and we offer a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) on all paid plans. We never sell, share, or use your client data for any purpose other than running Vera for you.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Vera works on any smartphone without a separate app download. Open the browser, sign in, and you're there.
