Hi! I'm Jacob. After someone close to me had a fall, I started looking for thoughtful ways caregivers could stay connected between visits without invasive monitoring. That journey led to Threshold Care—and Vera, our caregiver sidekick for scheduled check-in calls, visit notes, and clearer follow-up.
The Threshold Care team has deep experience building privacy-conscious connected products. With Vera, we want independent caregivers and families to spend less time guessing and more time supporting the people they care for.
